Delivery - When we ship and how long it takes..

As a web store, we understand that when our customers receive their products is very important – it’s a key part of your online shopping experience. That is why Tesco Broadband Accessories utilise Home Delivery Network and Royal Mail to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Everything that can be sent to get through the letterbox is sent first class via Royal Mail. For all of our hardware orders we use Home Delivery Network as they have expanded their delivery window between 7am and 8pm giving you the best chance in receiving your order as soon as possible

Delivery costs per order are as follows:

• Accessory orders are despatched Royal Mail First Class Post at a cost of £1.95 (inc VAT)
• All hardware orders are despatched by Home Delivery Network Next Day delivery at a cost of £4.95 (inc VAT)

Orders placed before 3pm will be sent on the same day.
